I had just started working out at 24 Hour Fitness in November 2010. I had been going to Rhianna's Pilate class on and off at that time. I had remember her giving me her Business Card and I was in search at the time for a Personal Trainer. When I first started working out with her, I was 191lbs, My Job Career as a Pastry Chef where I am around food all day, everyday was starting to take a toll on my health. I was Completely out of Shape, Unhealthy, and very Overweight. I begin to workout with Rhianna to improve my general fitness and strength and to lose the excess weight I had been gradually carrying over the past 10 years. Following Rhianna's assessment of my health, we developed a eating and exercise plan that I am still following a year and half later. I am more fitter, have more flexibility, a lot more endurance, my overall health is a lot better and my Asthma problems have almost cured itself.

Rhianna has been amazing great support system, along with the motivation and reminder of being true to myself. She is always there for you when you need her, she loves to change up the workouts that you do, and always helpful about food tips. She has helped strengthen me physically, mentally, and emotionally and is definitely one of a kind.

I cant say enough great things about Rhianna, she has changed my life in so many ways, her caring, compassion, loyalty, encouragement, expertise her knowledge about life, health, fitness, mind and body has been a big change in my life forever.

1 year later I now have lost almost over 70lbs, I am running Half/ Full Marathons, I look forward to personal training and working out everyday. I couldn't have ever gotten where i am at today without Rhianna, my Fiancé, Family and Friends.

I began training with Rhianna in December 2010. I had recently retired from a successful but overly sedentary career. I have always been active and athletic, but this had become more and more sporadic. Rhianna was the spark I needed to get motivated. I saw immediately that I had lost essential strength, balance and speed - she worked with me to provide a balanced, constantly changing and challenging program of cardio, weights, and lengthening exercises. My goal was a bike tour ride in the hills of Southern France with more power for the hills, more speed, and better overall conditioning. weight loss, fat loss, "the whole bit". With Rhanna's expert program design, constant challenge and encouragement, and her introduction to a community of fitness seekers, I am acheiving these goals. I lost 30 pounds, 15% body fat and 40+ inches (8" from my midsection) in the first 4 months. My blood pressure, LDL, and hearat rate are all improved.

I worked with Rhianna twice weekly in personal training sessions, nutritional plan, plus cardio classes and Zumba sessions which I love. I am now continuing to work out with Rhianna in class sessions and boot camps, as well as other fitness activiities on my own and with my husband. I have new goals for weight loss, fitness, flexibility and endurance. As to the bike trip, I was able to climb hills as never before, had more endurance and strength than ever. I celebrated my 64th birthday in style in Bruges, Belgium, then we rode up the North Sea Route of W.Holland. I had more energy and strength than ever.

If Rhianna can help me to become healthier, then she can help anyone!  When I first started working with her in June 2009 I was completely out of shape, overweight, with knee problems, and tired all the time.  At age 53, I weighed 240 pounds and hadn't exercised in years.  I had tried multiple diets, exercise programs, and gyms during the past 20 years and none of them had lasted more than a month or two or produced any real results.  With Rhianna's expertise and guidance I began to feel more motivated and self-confident.  Her positive style and patient explanations kept me coming back and I began to see results almost immediately.  I am actually enjoying exercising and I feel stronger and more fit every day.  Seven months later I have lost 50 pounds and over 46 inches of fat from my body.  As I continue on this process, I am becoming the healthier person I want to be and I owe it all to her help and support.  Rhianna is an amazing personal trainer with extensive fitness knowledge and the ability to help you attain your goals and change your life.  Thank you, Rhianna!

I originally spotted Rhianna as a talented group class instructor at 24 hour fitness. She was able to inspire and push a large group with clear direction and challenging moves. After seeking her out as an individual instructor, I was happy to find she was equally skilled as a personal trainer. Our sessions were at the difficulty and interest level that helped me lose 8lbs and several inches. I felt stronger and healthier after just a few months!

I have taken classes taught by Rhianna for over three years.  Whether the class is pilates, spinning, outdoor fitness, body sculpting or Zumba, Rhianna is always enthusiastic, motivating, and challenging.  She provides variety in each class that really makes the time fly by!  Rhianna also provides excellent instruction in each class that makes it easy for newcomers to begin taking her classes.  That is why her classes are so well attended!

Here is another thought I have sometimes:  I don't know what I will do if she or I ever move and I won't be able to take her classes. My body will turn to flab!
