Starting June 3rdI will be teaching outdoor bootcamp classes for all levels of fitness and ages at Kirkland Jr. High/Crestwoods Park in Kirkland. We will be incorporating high energy athletic drills, calisthenics, core, and resistance training into a fun-packed hour.
Indoor Bootcamp: (small group training)
A combination of cardio drills and weight training: Using kettlebells, dragging tires, bosu, bodybars, boxing, free weight, gliders, jump rope, hurdles, agility ladder, medicine balls, and more...
